Contacting us

If you contact us via the form on the website or by email, we will store the data you provide for six months for the purpose of processing your inquiry and in case of follow-up questions. We will not pass on this data without your consent.

Our website uses functions of the web analysis service Google Analytics, a web analysis service provided by Google LLC “Google,” based on our legitimate interests. Cookies are used for this purpose, which enable an analysis of the use of the website by its users. The information generated in this way is transmitted to the provider's server and stored there.

You can prevent this by setting your browser so that no cookies are stored.

Google is certified under the Privacy Shield Agreement and thus offers a guarantee to comply with European data protection law.

Your IP address is recorded, but pseudonymized by Google. This means that only a rough localization is possible. Only in exceptional cases is the full IP address transferred to a Google server in the USA and shortened there.

Data processing is carried out on the basis of the legal provisions of § 96 (3) TKG and Art. 6 (1) lit. a (consent) and/or f (legitimate interest) of the GDPR. 

Our concern in terms of the GDPR (legitimate interest) is to improve our offering and our website. As the privacy of our users is important to us, user data is pseudonymized.

The personal data of website users is deleted or anonymized after 14 months.

Social Plugins

Based on our legitimate interest (analysis, economic efficiency of our online offering within the meaning of Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR), we use social plugins from Facebook Ireland Ltd., 4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2, Ireland. This plugin can display videos, graphics, and text posts and is clearly recognizable by the Facebook logo. You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, transfer, revoke, and object to your data. If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law or that your data protection rights have been violated in any other way, you can lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority. In Austria, this is the Data Protection Authority.
